No agency can guarantee a visa. The final decision is made by the Embassy/High Commission of Canada or the relevant European country. We guarantee to submit a complete, honest application and support you through the process.

We must sure any candidate with us do not have a criminal record in order to be denied visa. If you know you have a criminal record do not apply with us.

Valid Ghanaian passport, updated CV, educational certificates, police clearance, and medical report when required. For skilled jobs, proof of experience or certifications may be needed

Timelines vary. Canada work permits typically take 5-6 months after a job offer.

EU countries vary by country and sector. This also takes 4-5 months. Delays can occur due to embassy processing or missing documents

Some programs are marketed as “Work & Pay.” We advise you to seek legal/family advice before signing any “pay after work” agreement.

If your application is refused, we will provide the embassy’s rejection letter and advise on re-application, if eligible. Refund policies depend on what stage your file was at. This is stated in our contract before you pay

- Never pay cash or mobile money to anyone in the name of icustodian Services. All payment are made via bank.

- Get official receipt and contract.

- Insist on a real job offer letter from the foreign employer, not just an “invitation.”

- Beware of “no experience needed, high salary” offers.
